At the ocassion of the 16th edition of the International Human Rights Film Festival in Geneva (FIFDH), a high-level panel is organized on the topic of environmental migration entitled "“Climate Refugees”: Drop the quotation marks!" with:

Nazhat Shameem Khan | Ambassador of the Republic of Fiji in Geneva and Chief of Negotiations at COP23 
Major General ANM Muniruzzaman (Retd) | Chairman of the Global Military Advisory Council on Climate Change (GMACCC) and former Military Advisor to the President of Bangladesh 
Robin Bronen | Executive Director, Alaska Institute for Justice 

Moderated by Xavier Colin | Founder of GEOPOLITIS on RTS, associate fellow at the Geneva Center for Security Policy (GCSP)

The thematic film selected for this session is The Age of Consequences by Jared P. Scott, which will be screened at this occassion. The movie examines the influence of climate change on the scarcity of resources and threats to security.
