The Refugee Law Initiative Annual Conference offers a dedicated annual forum to share and debate latest research and cutting-edge developments in refugee law and protection.
This year’s special theme – ‘Mass Influx? Law, Policy and Large-Scale Movements of Refugees and Migrants’ - reflects a need to re-examine complex issues surrounding largescale sudden movements of persons across borders, as we move from the 2016 New York Declaration on Refugees and Migrants towards adoption of the Global Compacts in 2018.
