This paper is provided to the Climate Vulnerable Forum in response to the invitation of its chair, the Philippines, to provide input on the potential implications for human rights endangerment of the current 2.0° C goal, and the difference between a 2.0° goal and a 1.5° C goal with respect to outcomes for human rights.
