This Report aims to cast light on the conditions experienced by often invisible minority migrant workers in the Caribbean, looking at established patterns and newer forms of migration.
The inter-linkages between climate change and migration are complex and at times hard to grasp. Addressing migration in the context of climate change presents new challenges for policy makers at both international and national levels.
The objective of the assessment was to determine the food security situation at national and district/household levels in the various livelihoods; factors influencing the food security situation; and the necessary interventions.

The Where the Rain Falls project investigates how changes in rainfall interact with societies. Findings from all case studies confirm that rainfall variability and food insecurity are key drivers for human mobility. The Viet Nam case study was conducted in Dong Thap Province, Thap Muoi District.
