YEE - Youth and Environment Europe

The webinar is part of the series #ClimateofChange, organized by Youth and Environment Europe with Youth4Nature.

Climate change is expected to have major impacts on human mobility. Natural disasters and environmental degradation affect the movement of people, at times making it difficult for communities to remain in areas their ancestors have inhabited for decades and centuries. On the other hand, people have always moved under the combined influences of changing environments, economic, social and political dynamics. Why does this kind of migration deserve special attention in the context of climate-related disasters in the 21st century?
