The Data Knowlege Working Group (DKWG) of the Platform on Disaster Displacement (PDD) will host a virtual marketplace event on 24 November 2020 during which members of the Advisory Committee of the PDD will present their work related to data and knowledge on human mobility in the context of disasters, climate change and environmental degradation. It will give the opportunity to take stock of progress and achievements, facilitate knowledge exchange, and continue promoting the work around data and knowledge, and to discuss continuing gaps and challenges. The DKWG is co-chaired by the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre (IDMC). 

The event will take the form of three different virtual sessions (one in the morning and two in the afternoon [Geneva time]). Attendance and participation to the marketplace is open to everyone bu registration in advance is required. The meeting will take place in a virtual environment and access instructions will be provided to participants along with their registration.
