Join the IOM - SLYCAN Trust joint webinar on "Human Mobility and Climate-Related Policies and Processes" organized to commemorate the upcoming World Environment Day (5 June 2021) and highlight the nexus of migration, environment, and climate change.
How does human mobility interconnect with climate change and the processes under the UNFCCC? How can climate-induced human mobility be integrated into efforts to achieve sustainable development goals and socioeconomic improvement? What are key sectors and cross-cutting issues related to climate change and human mobility, what are good practices and experiences in linking policies and processes?
The virtual knowledge-sharing session will provide a forum to discuss these questions with a diverse global audience and exchange case studies, lessons learned, and key insights from around the world.
