This event was CANCELLED.
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) and United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) co-organize an event that aims to contribute to a better awareness of the serious and interconnected crises of climate change, food security and displacement, and to shape more coherent and durable approaches and solutions.
The UNGA side event will encourage a reflection on recent multilateral governance development, and the latest programmatic evidence from the field while identifying opportunities and emerging good practices for a comprehensive and coherent multi-stakeholder advocacy on human mobility in a changing climate across the Humanitarian Development and Peace Nexus (HDPN) having food security and the right to food as critical enablers to address the impacts of the climate crisis.
