700 million People in Africa could be displaced by 2030 due to water stress

Urgent efforts are needed to reduce emissions and enhance adaptation, especially in vulnerable communities. IOM calls for recognizing climate-driven mobility and building resilience, urging communities like Hong Kong to take the lead.
