Session 2: Debunking Data - Indicators and Methods

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre (IDMC), as co-chairs of the Data Knowledge Working Group of the Platform on Disaster Displacement (PDD), are inviting you to the second session of its Triple-D (data, disasters, displacement) webinar series to identify key challenges in defining "environmental migrants", to discuss available data collection methodologies used to capture people displaced by disasters, and to explore useful indicators which could help in identifying populations who are more vulnerable in the context of disasters, climate change and environmental degradation.
